I’m trying to spot changes between two versions of a PDF contract, and flipping between windows is driving me nuts. Has anyone found a faster way to view them side by side?
Honestly, the simplest fix is Acrobat Pro if you have it, since the compare tool highlights every change automatically. Otherwise I just snap two windwos side by side using the Windows key and arrows. Works fine for my vendor contracts.
Simplest first: open both copies, tile them side by side, and keep a backup of the originals before marking anything. If your PDF reader has a compare feature, that will catch text changes faster than eyeballing.
I just open both PDFs in separate windows and drag them next to each other. tbh I learned the hard way not to try this on my tablet. What device are you using?
