I need to add a downloadable four-page price list PDF to my new website, but I have zero coding experience. Is there an easy way to upload the file and get a direct clickable link for visitors?

Honestly, check your website builder first. Most of them let you upload a PDF directly to a button without touching any code. If yours doesnt, just toss it into Google Drive or Dropbox and use the share link.
