I am away from my computer today and need to send out a 5-page PDF flyer using just my Android phone. It looks way too plain right now and really needs a simple black border around the edges of each page, so is there an easy way to add page borders to a PDF directly from a mobile device?

Honestly, your best bet on a phone is throwing it into Canva or an online tool like Sejda in your mobile browser. Most regular PDF reader apps wont let you draw borders around full pages easily.
