I got a PDF form that’s locked as read only, and I need to fill it in and change a few lines, but I’m only on my Android phone right now. Has anyone managed to make a locked PDF editable without a computer? The form is due tomorrow morning.

Honestly, the simplest trick on Android is to hit Print and choose Save as PDF. That usually clears the read-only lock so you can fill it out. If you need to change actual text, open that new copy in Xodo.
