# Can you merge two PDF files on a phone without installing anything?

I’m trying to combine two PDFs into one file, but I’m only on my phone and the IT department blocked installing apps, so I can’t add anything new. Both files are scanned signed forms I need to send together by tonight, and I just want to know whether this is even possible without downloading something.

If you’re on an iPhone, you can honestly do it right in the Files app. Select both files, tap the three dots, and choose Create PDF. Otherwise, any online merger in your mobile browser works fine without instaling anything.
