I’ve heard a PDF highlight extractor can pull out everything I’ve marked in my lecture slides. Can I collect those highlights into one set of notes while keeping the page references?

Honestly, most extractors do this by default. The simplest thing is to check your reader’s comment export feature, like in Acrobat or Zotero. They usually pull the exact page number alongside the text so you dont lose context.
