I have a QIF export on my iPhone and need it as a PDF for a rental application, but I can’t install apps on this work phone. Can QIF be converted to PDF on a phone?

Honestly, the easiest workaround without apps is just using Safari. You can use an online converter in your browser, or open the file in the Files app, tap Share, select Print, and pinch the preview to save it as a pdf.

Yes, if the QIF is plain text, save it in Files, open it, tap Share \> Print, then pinch out the preview and share it as a PDF. If iPhone cannot preview it, I would use a computer rather than upload bank data to an online converter, and check whether the rental agent actually requires a bank statement PDF rather than a raw QIF export.
